From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'FreshGrainPantry started with a simple vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a quaint, family-operated business with generations-old recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her journeys across Italy, learning from the expert pizzaiolos of Naples, the homeland of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to time-tested techniques and selecting the top ingredients.
Originally a small-scale 12-seat pizza shop, we have evolved into a cherished community landmark, though our dedication to high standards and authenticity persists. We continue the use of classic wood oven baking, produce our pizza dough daily, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'FreshGrainPantry is still in the hands of our family, with the Bianchi lineage steering our enthusiastic team. Even as we've adopted new technologies, our core goal remains steadfast: crafting luscious, real pizza that unites our customers.
